I love this skin, but I've got a few minor quibbles. 1, when you apply a skin, the Windows falg in the "Please wait..." dialog is a little misaligned (you can see part of another flag behind it). Also, it skins my log off dalog but not my shutdown for some reason. Last, the resolution I use is 1024x768, and the flame in the start menu looks squashed and pixelated. anyway, thanks for the great skin, and keep up the good work!

oh, forgot one thing: when I highlight an icon with white in it, the white turns lemon yellow.

Stuperman, I'll try to answer your questions as best I can.
1) Yeah, I don't know why that's mis-aligned. It seems the Please Wait screen flag is off-set by default. I'll see if I can apply a fix for it sometime soon.
2) As for not skinning your Shutdown Dialog, I don't know why it wouldn't. No one else has commented on it. Is this the only skin that doesn't do it?
3) The flame in the Start Menu Panel is supposed to be stretched to fit that part of the panel so the pixelation is caused by the way WindowBlinds stretches the image but it should be minimal and almost unnoticeable.
4) The yellowing of the whites in icons is an XP thing if I'm not mistaken. I think it picks a closest opposite color of the desktop and applies it to the icon. However if I'm mistaken please let me know.

One thing I noticed... roll up button and full screen button are almost one and the same... depending on where you place the mouse. Shouldn't this have an extra button... possibly on the left side for the roll up instead?Other than that... very nice skin.

mfaccone, there isn't a roll-up button on this skin at all since right-clicking anywhere on the titlebar will roll the window up. This behaviour, funnily enough, also extends to right-clicking any of the buttons on the toolbar, except the system icon.
I did consider putting a separate roll-up button but decided that it was better to use the entire title-bar (and window frames, try it) instead of having to move the cursor to a small button on the screen.

I'm finding that this updated download is only the "glassy" subskin. I can find no ability to asccess another version in this update/download. Am I the only one getting this configuration? I deleted the old version before downloading so I seem to have lost all access to the old matte finish version.

I only have one version to choose from as well...I love the skin - but did I do something incorrectly as to not have any 'subskins'?

The wallpaper is included in the skin archive. Simply open the .wba file with WinZip (or your favourite ZIP program) and extract BluePhlameWallpaper.jpg from it. You'll also find the user pic in there.
There's a Blue Phlame logon made by BasketWeaver in the Logons section for you logon freaks.
