and ... how do i make for resolving this skin problem

Um... It is perfect for me. I was following the previous poster's link (it didn't come through as a link in his post so I fixed it for him). Sorry, I guess it was being a little nosey of me.

He is using Win ME with a 800/600 monitor... guess that means no WB4, huh?
