hey, there is one problem. when transparent, the transparent still stay on top. it should stay in the bottom of other program like it should. i dont know how to say this clearly. sorry.

Looks to me like you've got it beat, at least as far as I can tell. I used to see pink around some buttons w/SkinBrowser, but not now. Love the theme! Great work!

For those with a NO UIS file message, try downloading it by Rt clicking & save the file, then double click on it from Explorer. I have occ had this problem when the file name assigned by WinXP & the uis file name don't match, there WB thinks the UIS doesn't exist.
