But there must ba abug. If applied your skin converts WB to a normal clasic windows 3.1.

It also uninstalled partly my icons so I had to rebuild them(reinstall).

Email what you have done. This skin does not contain icons so would not have uninstalled your icons. Would like to know what you have done so I can help. I am beginning to think that you have downloaded a winstyle and not the skin itself.

No, I didn't download the Style. Basically I could not have download it as the skin is under WB section.
After I applied it it has uninstalled the icons package Last Cobalt XP1 from Mormegil I have applied and it has installed by it's own the clasic Windows XP icons as well as windows clasic(3.1) skin.After that I had problems to apply all other skins.So I had to delete your skin to avoid further problems and I don't have it any more to send by E-mail.

Well babblueboy, all I can say is the skin would have nothing to do with the icons as the icons are not included in the skin. You have to apply the icons seperately.

No you didn't understand me starone. The skin should have nothing to do with icons but anyway as I have installed the skin it has deleted my icons. There is nothing I can do about but just happened. Don't get me wrong. I do not claim about bad skin. I thing it is the best one among many I've seen. But if I apply it it uninstalls my icons and converts my WB windows into Windows 3.1. That's all. Sorry but it's true.

No problem badblueboy. I just don't understand how that could happen. Maybe tech support can help figure out what is going on. I'm completely stumped. No one else seems to have had a problem and I can't figure out why you are. Especially with the icon bit because windowblinds would have nothing to do with the icons unless it was programmed into the blind to install on load (and that would have to be checked in the windowblind configuration). This skin is not programmed to load the icons on install and there are no icons included in the windowblind so I don't understand why you have had the icon problem. Think it will take someone smarter than I to figure this one out.

Your are smart enought.Someone who creates such nice skins is more than smart. But sometimes things happen we can't do nothing about. For example I had problems to install WB4 because I couldn't uninstall WB3.5 before. Everytime I tried to uninstall WB3.5 I got the message: Can not find install.log file!!
So I had to put my problem on the message board.Nobody could solve the problem although many have tried for which I'm greateful to everbody. Stardock support has sent me the install.log file and finally I was successful in uninstalling WB3.5. Last but not least on the other side I couldn't install WB4 from my CD I received from stardock.
As I was stuff of all this I downloaded WB4 from stardock webpage and payed once again $ 19.95 although I'm not obliged to pay because I'm eligible to update free of charge. And this dowload was the solution. Conclusion: WB4 on my CD I received from Stardock was corrupted.
This short statement just to show that this problem could have contributed to the problems with your skin.
So I have to unfortunately give up your nice skin. Pitty!!!!
