Nice suite. Some of the colors look wrong in Firefox. Some web sights I go to, it changes the background color on it.

For a more "complete" look with no hassle, please consider making the userpick automatic when the skin installs.
Change the userpick to a bitmap, then add the following two lines to your .uis and .sss files:
[UserIcon]
Image=copper_deck_2\Userpick.bmp
