This has always been one of my favorites. Unfortunately under W7 it doesn't work well when doing video screen capture (using Snag It). It's been awhile since release hasn't it? (rhetorical)
Guess it's motivation to master skinning!

20 years later...
I always loved this one! Does anyone know if it was ever updated to work with Windows 10? While I agree with miraadora1872 that it is outstanding, it's not stated as to whether or not it has been tested.
Well, I'm going to install it and try it out. I'll post back on its status.
