Its amazing, the detail thats went into every section. Those scroll bars and buttons are really something.

wow - thanks everyone for the comments 
This started 6 months ago as a commercial project. A lot of effort went into making it 'livable'. For example, making a black status bar turned into many hours of experimenting to get other colors to work right.
The new WBTrans plugin by TheGreenReaper is what convinced me to finish the skin and release it. There's another plugin being written for this skin by my son. It will let you change the subskins from the titlebar (if it's possible). If it ever happens I'll update the skin with it.
The 'lock on top' push-pin button has a Shift function (lock on desktop) programmed as does the Notepad button (screensaver).
Please let me know if you find any problems or have any suggestions

Forgot to mention, the transparency only works on Win2K and XP.

I love this skin, you really did a great job, only problem I have is the user pict comes out pink hope you can fix that. I noticed a few WB4 skins have that problem lately. I wonder if its the latest update that is causing that?
Anyway I hope you have the time to do a full suite for this skin.

I have winXP and can't seem to make the tranparencies work by pressing on the + & -buttons. maybe someone outhere knows how...

ptrcstn - are you having this problem only on explorer windows? I had that happen with the latest build of WB4 but everything else still goes transparent.
Denny03 - I don't know what you mean, it doesn't have webblinds icons if that's what you mean.
terranx - are you on a domain so there shouldn't be a user pic? I don't have a domain network to test it on but maybe the user pic transparency settings don't work now.
I haven't included a user icon but maybe I'll add one if I do any updates.
