One Question: How is it possible to deactivate the user pic in the start menu? I�m only able to change it, but not to delete it entirely.

Hope you read this..... I've been using this WB since 2003, it's one of my all time favorites!! (both colors)
I agree with the above comment..... It's very practical for everyday use and I hope you DO decide to revamp this.
