Very nice skin and glad to see it updated. However, it appears that perhaps you missed a couple of elements, at least for use with Win XP? the "Please Wait" dialog box displayed when you change skins isn't skinned nor is the "Task Bar" on the left of an Explorer window. But are displayed in the default Windows XP "Luna" skin (blue).

Hapkido: I accidently deleted the shellstyle.xps file before I uploaded the skin. So I fixed that and the updated version should now display all the XP elements properly.
