Ordos : That is done with IconX (part of DesktopX). It also lets the icons zoom very smooth on mouseover.

Ahhh.. finally. It's great to see this skin updated.
This was my favourite skin when it first came out and it inspired me to start skinning.

Thanks for updating this, C242. This, along with Grayce, is one of my favorite skins.
One glitch though. In the control panel, I see that the right pane is grey, but the control panel glyph in the lower right corner is blue
