Glad you like this skin.
To turn off the user pic, right click on your Windowblinds icon in your system tray and click on "configure windowblinds". Then in the config dialog box click on "user overides" and make sure "show user icon in start panel" is NOT checked. The wallpaper for this skin is included in the skins folder. To apply it, agin use the windowblinds config dialog, and check "apply any wallpaper supplied" in the "basic settings" section. You must have a young one at home. Hope he or she enjoys!
