Absolutely no!
I use WinRar and I can see the fileses before unwrapping them.
The zip of TiSkin is different from the others your Skins Kol(I tried to redonwload GfxOasis and it is all OK).
Excuse but .wba is not read in any of 80 files.

Um, Wincustomize... Can you please sort this out: I now have a heap of files with no associated WBA file... WTF???
Cannot believe you have given this effort a special nomination stars et al but it doesn't work.
And please don't tell me to do a WBA file myself because I have no clue.
Annoyed here.

Ok, here is a fix for all having problems installing this skin. When downloading, click, 'save' then change the file type by: selecting all file types from the bottom drop down menu and by adding a .wba to the end of the skin name on the top. Click save and then inside Windowblinds select add a new skin or visual style if using the new version. I also needed to select 'Rebuild List' in order to get it to show. After that though the skin was installed and ready to go!

how exactly can i get to work this skin, how??
very much mental trauma!!!!
But this cannot be installed, miss the file WBA in the Zip!
Can you resolve this problem?
