RedmondS - could you send me a little .jpg shot of the problem & I'll see what I can do? Developed on Win2K & don't have MyIE2, but I'll give it a go. Feedback about any other glitches you see on XP (ShellStyles, Start Panel, ShutDown/Logoff dialogs, etc.) would be appreciated.

And thanks, Melanie - you were a huge help.

I really like the minimalistic effects of this skin - very easy on the eyes. Can you tell me what icon package you are using - it goes very well with it. Thanks for sharing!

Thanks, Mary. The icon set is Carbon - here's the link: https://www.wincustomize.com/download.asp?SkinID=701&LibID=2

Two other icon sets that go well with this are Seer & Dervish, both also available on WC.

Very nice. How do you get Objectbar to look like it's part of this theme?

Parker -

Load the ObjectBar Theme Browser. Scroll down to the WindowsXP theme & highlight it. You'll see the down box labeled Styles activate. Click the -down button & *Use Windowblinds Skin*, then click the Load button. ObjectBar will import the skin graphics. The icons have to be individually assigned within ObjectBar's config dialog.

Glad you like the skin.

Howdy...

Did you solve the problem of the menus getting cut off? Instead of File, is see Fi..., etc...

Please post for us all if you found a solution...

Thanks - Ben

Ben -

I was under the impression from MGiff that my first update had fixed that & I've not changed anything with those ToolBars that look like Menus with any of the subsequent updates. I don't see it here, but I think it only affects XP. Look in SKS at the Content Margins for Controls\Menus\Bar items - toolbar like and set them all to zero. Let me know if that fixes it for you.

And thanks for letting me know.

Old Sapphire - behold the beauty of gamma (wish that would hold thru the ObjectBar import!). Thanks for everyone's comments & suggestions.

Oh this is beautiful. Everything I love in a skin, simple, clean, streamlined. Love the 4 different versions too, though it makes it hard to choose which one to use. I've been leaning toward the flat version myself. Just perfect, Thank you!
