polgas1999: It was updated yesterday...but you either have to remove the previous version before opening the WBA or download and manually extract the WBA over (replacing) the previous directory structure.

Odd I downloaded yeserday, and it didn't have flashing window? The taskbar didn't flash when I got messages too.
I'm getting the same bug in "new" context menu. That screenshot looks exactly same as mine. I'm using custom color it may be that.

@molbo: try turning off "TrueType" in your displaypreferences. that should fix it. i had this 'effect' only in IE-favorites.

Everyone: I also just updated with a bunch of fixes and new feature skinning like minimized windows, menu extras, XP check boxes and radio buttons, better roll-up, XP progress bars, etc.
