And something else to consider........ 28,000 people have downloaded this skin, so how come only YOU got a vrus from it. Sounds rather silly doesn't it?
And a snippet from one of my earlier comments..... " It would seem that the concept of, "I skin for myself, yet I am willing to share with all of you" has been lost somewhere. Stardock gave WindowBlinds the ability to have an animated taskbar, I took advantage of that ability and made a skin that I like. I placed it here in case anyone else wanted one too. Besides, over 13,000 people have downloaded the skin so far, and around 5 people have complained, which would suggest that the majority are enjoying the theme. I think it's time that people were reminded that this is a site for SHARING skins, and don't treat the authors as if they were receiving some kind of remuneration for this".

5 years ago I first discovered Window Blinds. I thought it was a very neat and artistic tool, one that quite literally changed the face of a greater part of our everyday lives (our PCs). Browsing thru the list of various skins that were available at the time, I stumbled upon Glossamer and instantly fell in love with it. At the time, my PC was already considered ancient and sluggishly tried to keep up with the animations. Regardless I still kept the skin around for quite some time until performance while gaming became a priority. Recently I built a new PC and went from a very humbling 33g HDD to 500gbs. Revelling in the newly acquired space I thought "What can I do with this new stuffs?" and Windwblinds near instantly came to mind, an application that I had nearly forgotten for some 3 years.
I began searching for "Gossamer" and was decidedly disappointed, finding nothing of my old joy that once was. After some time, while searching for new backgrounds, I stumbled upon a "Glossamer" background, instantly recognizeable as being the original that went with the skin and realized my error.
Please, let me extend my thanks to you, your time and your artistic nature. This blind is simply a work of beauty, one that I have kept in my mind for 5 years.
Some people are selfish, some rude and others are just quite innocently irgnorant of what impact their words can have on others, wether they are said in the sincerest of polite and positive manners or not. Don't take too much to heart, especially when it comes to the clamoring of the masses. It is quite eveident that you are happy with what you have accomplished and at the end of it all, that is truly the only thing that should matter.
Again, thank you for creating such a wonderful piece and also for deciding to share it with all of us.

I would advise you to check your system for spyware, since its very unlikely that you got any viruses or spyware from stuff here at WinCustomize.
