We checked it out. You did a grand job however, for us, we found that having to run the cursor over each and every line-item within "All Programs" to be unfortunate for our eyes. (

Are you wanting the "All Programs" Text to show or not? another way around this is to push the text right off the screen as I did in the above link and then you could include the "All Programs" text in HOOGE right on the All Programs Button itself.
