Try installing Stardock's Windowblinds v4.4...u need that program to install any windowblinds theme here.

very cool skin, one to add to my favorite's list. Only one prob so far, outside of turning off the user pic on the Start Menu where is the user pic you show in your screenshot of this skin. Didn't see it in the Dark Industry folder

Been running this blind on vista...no problems at all....Did you know you built a perfect vista blind in 04 ?
