theleader...I haven't seen any of the things you mentioned in this skin
jamoman...far as I know there's no way to make a start button stretch depending on the size of your taskbar...it's a fixed image.

I use a really cool free ware program called Glass2k... http://www.chime.tv/products/glass2k/ to set the window transparancy for any window...and it can do the taskbar too and remember the settings.

For everyone who is wanting the DesktopX matching theme in 1024x768... I have uploaded it (includes that size wall) and it is awaiting approval.
PS. IF you use the DesktopX theme u have to install the provided HOOG05_04.ttf Font to view the calendar properly (included in that zip)..Cheerz
