Right click on the taskbar, uncheck Lock the Taskbar. Click and drag the toolbar upwards. It should appear at the top. Re Lock the Taskbar.

Hi Brewman..
i just want to say that your skin is GREAT!!!...i'm a skinner maniac..and i try many skins every day..and always..BACK TO DOGMAX!!..no other look so smooth and clear and meny other features like dogmax does..
just one say i want..for you or other graphic designer..i think a LOGON and BOOTSKIN will be GREAT!! i'm waiting those !!!!..

getting better and better - good changes!
although-
the grid in the start menu and logoff screen has bothered me since release 1.. it feels either too strong and thus makes me confused when i see icons over top of it (in the start), and/or it feels out of language.. you have the grid worked into the titlebars of windows, but then put it in the backgrounds of the start and loggoff screens.. methinks if it was in the border areas of these two places then it would be a little tighter. if it stays in the backgrounds, then it should also be added to the taskpane.
but at this point of the design, i'm just throwing you design theory curveballs.

The "Start Bar" bug
my system is win2k3,language is chinese(simplified),i use this skin,start bar have a bug,bad look,so i thing maybe is fonts problem,
i open windowbilnds > User Overrides > Font Overrides,set "I want to make fonts 10% larger","Start Bar" bug is fix!bast look! LOL

I've got a strange problem. When the titlebar contains all 3 buttons (minimize, maximize, close) only the upper 3 pixel rows of the close button will close the window. Clicking on the rest of the close button results in the window being rolled up/down. Hover effects are also not present in this area.

This strange behavior only affected windows of programs that were running while the skin was being applied.
