MixtriX, have you changed the skin in SkinStudio at all? To me, it looks like you've changed the User Pane settings in SKS. If you have, that would cause the distortion you're experiencing. Change the painting method to Stretch instead of Tile. It still won't be perfect due to the intricacy of brewman's images but you won't get the tiling effect.

MitriX, either that or you're using a non-English version of XP. That could very easily cause the problem you're having. If that is the case, brewman may make the adjustments needed for your particular language build and send it to you. I can't speak for brewman, tho. He's a very busy person, so who knows?

Thanks again for the nice comments!

@astonsurfer ..... I'm using SP2 .. that's not causing your problem. Sorry can't
help you anymore than what Snideley suggested below.

I tell you this skin is so good. I had forgotten I was running a skin, and it took me a second to figure out what was "wrong" with someone else's display.

Brewman, this is a beautiful design! The most pleasing looking desktop I've used. Lots of nice details, clearly you invested a lot of time in this.

Thanks!

I like this skin so much, can make a logon file to match it? maybe juz to choose the wallpaper as the logon's background.. then this theme will be nearly perfect

I had the same problem as a few of you with an older version of Windows Blinds.. updated to 4.3 and that fixed the display problem.

Lordstanley hit it right on the head. Upgrade to WindowBlinds 4.3 and it fixes all of the display issues.

Brewman, this is the best skin in many weeks!!
Lord Stanbley, I am running WB 4.4 and still have the same problem as astonsurfer. So an update does not fix it.
I am running a german language version of XP SP2. Didn't tackle with the skin in skinstudio so far.

*,
don't know if that goes together with the SP2 for XP, but since some days (didn't try before so i don't actually know since when exactly) i can not change things regarding WB on the property pages of 'display'. For that I can not check if the large start menu is less "buggy". I simply can not change from thin to normal.
Any comments would be highly appreciated!! (
