1) Download Lila for ObjectDock
2) Get Axialis IconWorkshop (free trial) http://www.iconworkshop.com/
3) Once installed, fire it up and browse to the directory where you extracted all the Lila PNGs to. Then choose a subfolder (like apps) and all the available PNGs in that folder. Then right-click and "Batch Create Windows Icons from Selection".
To change the icons of Firefox and stuff in your start menu:
1) Fire up IconPackager
2) Click on the "Icons and Cursors" button to the left.
3) Click on the "Start" button at the top.
4) Change all the icons shown to whatever icons you want to use.
For program icons in your start panel:
1) Unpin the programs that you've pinned to the start panel
2) Change the icon of the program that you want to have another icon, in the All Programs menu.
3) Right-click the program whose icon you just changed and choose "Pin to Start Menu". Now the program should show up in your start panel with the new icon.

Unknown attribute 'Trans' in Section [Button0] value '1'. This attribute will be ignored.
So if the buttons are supposed to be checked as being transparent and SkinStudio tells me otherwise, then I blame SkinStudio!
Anyway, I'm going to go ahead and check all the titlebar buttons as being transparent and then re-upload. You'll know when this is done, as I will update the description of the skin.
Sorry about that though. (

You could try and upgrade to WB v. 4.3 or try re-installing it. Did you delete the Lila XP folder from the WindowBlinds directory before re-downloading the skin?

One problem - same as chickie [Chickie: Did you extract the contents of the zip file? Inside the zip file is the Lila.iptheme file. Double-click on it to open it in IconPackager.]
The zip on Deviant is bad. Do you know where I can get the .iptheme?
Keep up the good work!!
