Firstly, I would like to say that this is a very nice skin. It's infinitely superior to the one by unckle fester, but don't tell him that. However, there are some ways in which you can improve this skin.
Firstly, the pinkish accents on your desktop wallpaper seem somewhat out of place. Even though the bright horizontal lines look OK, the pink border around the center circle looks somewhat weird, as it is pastellish in color in contrast to the metallic hues of the rest of the desktop.
Moreover, the start menu button looks kind of plain, as it is a very unaccented color yet does not have anything on it to enhance its appeal. Perhaps it would be better if you placed some of the green plasma you used in your title bars into the button, as then it would not look so plain compared to the rest of the skin.
In addition, if possible, it would probably look nicer if you used beveled text on the title bar, buttons, and taskbar instead of the regular text. Beveled text would both blend in with the background more and look much more uniform on the skin.
Finally, the dull green background of the menu and button bars in Explorer clashes with the grey metallic buttons. In addition, especially on the Internet Explorer window you have open on the screenshot, there seems to be too much of the green, giving it a dull look. I suggest attempting to blend in the buttons more with the background (by changing the background's color) or by adding a bit more of a gradient, preferably matching the gradient on the buttons that is, light->dark->medium.
Overall, nice job, and I look forward to your next skin!
