This dethroned DogmaX from my machine...I have one minor quibble...to me the scrollbar background is just a tad too dark so that the "gripper" doesn't stand out enough against it. But like I said, that's pretty minor.

Screenshot is nice, but wont let me install. Says its not a windowblinds skin. (no uis in the file). Oh well..
