I did find a repeating graphic in the left window frame edge - but that did not detract from the skin. (I will provide screenshot if you would like.)
Overall, excellent GUI change - this is more than just a "skin".

Unfortunately it has some serious problems with the panel of the programs that opens with "All the programs" and with Internet Explorer.
As it regards the first problem the visualization of every program is given with a bar rectangular type Windows 2000, very ugly.
The second problem with I.E. it concerns the menù of selection.
Any component 3D are not visualized, but it stay inactive without being underlined.
An unusable Skin.
If the problem is alone my I ask suggestions, otherwise it is necessary to check the file.wba of last installation.
Memory, to memory, that once this drawback didn't happen.
