What version of WB are you running?
If you downloaded the skin before the update, did you delete the skin before downloading this one?
Have you try re-booting your system?

Im still working a Winamp skin before releasing the Defcon II suite.
The WOW suite is already available. I am also working on a Resident Evil: Apocalypse theme.
