Im using the skin right now and I dont experience the problem you mentioned. All my icons and buttons work fine (no box around any of them) and no one else has made mention of anything similar.
What version of WB are you running?
If you downloaded the skin before the update, did you delete the skin before downloading this one?
Have you try re-booting your system?

Nicely done - clean interface, very usable. One bug I found: In StarOffice 7, I cannot access the File menu by clicking on it - I have to click the Edit menu and slide the cursor over to bring up the File menu. Other than that - it's hot!

Strangely enough, I thought that this one was just sort of okay, until I combined it with that beautiful wallpaper, the logon and bootscreen... then I was able to truly appreciate just how beautifully everything worked together to give our PC a clean, well thought out look!
I never thought I'd find an alternative to your lovely "Azar" WB skin, but this just looks great!!!! Once again, I'm completely impressed by your sense of functionality and attention to detail! By all means, keep going!!!

I like the skin but the thing that kills it is the black on blue in the menus. The contrast isn't there and I have to switch to a different skin if I can't get a brighter color text in popup menus etc.

Im still working a Winamp skin before releasing the Defcon II suite.
The WOW suite is already available. I am also working on a Resident Evil: Apocalypse theme.
