Nice job, I noticed that when I rolled my window up there is some pink showing up between the title bar and the window area where you have the transparency, however this only happens on some windows, like when I open a folder, it's not showing on IE windows or program windows.. dunno if its just me. 
Its not keeping me from using the skin though.

NUKLEAR, once you reboot, or restart the Explorer process, that pink goes away. It seems to be a side-effect of changing skins.

I love the glow effect when you mousover windows. I just wish there was a thin taskbar version.
