Not sure if there is a proper Lucida Grande for the chinese font. I'd search google, but I doubt it.
The font colours I'm assuming are Classic Colours, so look at those in SkinStudio. I will take a look at it myself.

LOl, Apparently so since sentence is spelled wrong.
Nice clean skin. Mac themes are quite overdone but this one is pretty good.

Menu windows have a drop shadow, but application windows don't, and they have no border! It's very confusing with 3 or 4 open windows.
Is there any workaround?
