You have to have the Windowblinds program running to use this. Link to the website is at the top of this page, right side.

I have just downloaded and I just can say that it is an incredible Skin.
Just one thing, I Have not the "Log off" and "Turn Off" buttons in my start menu. They are lost when I install this Skin. But it is an incredible Skin. Great Job.

tyson 1: Right click over the taskbar. Choose Toolbar > New Toolbar. Save the folder for the new toolbar. It will appear on the taskbar. Drag the toolbar and place it on the top, right or left side of the screen. Drag and drop icons over it.

This is the first skin that I've tried that took absoletely no 'getting used to' and didn't take any effort at all to fall in love with. It's just so nice, yet remains quite simple looking. Some skins are really over complicated and just look cluttered, or look good but have some really annoying feature about them that makes me not able to use them for more than 20 mins without wanting to kick a hole in my monitor, but not this one.
Despite being a great skin, I did find one thing that could be changed, and a possible glitch. #1) It might be a good idea to change the color of 'WMP 10TaskBar.FlashingButtonImage' to something that contrasts more with the taskbar because I find that when I'm using MSN Messenger while reading a webpage, the slight color change it makes when somebody sends me a message is too slight to be picked up right away in my peripheral vision. #2)I'm not sure if this happens in other programs, but when i run WMP maximized, then click the WMP taskbar button twice (one to minimize it and a second time to maximize it again) the minimize button in the very top right of the screen turns into a different button that looks similar to a drop-down menu button. Could be a local problem though
