My 2 fav skins: K-TEK Steel, and now, Vista R2 Blizz. This is a beauty. Simple, clean, and perfectly functional. Fantastic job.

So much is done RIGHT here, as far as working around the limitations of WB 4.6, and the blended taskbar is a masterpiece! One step closer to Aero Glass on our regular operating systems...
For those who asked, I believe that the Winamp skin is ClearONEbeta, available here:

A word of warning on using it, though... I haven't found it necessary to install the font, or replace the Winamp dll's, as the page suggests... just unzipping the skin ["Download clearONEbeta.wal (only for Win2K, XP)"] into the Winamp "Themes" folder, selecting it, and dragging the windows to where you want them, seemed to work well enough. Anytime you start replacing a programs dll files, you run the risk of messing up the program big time!
One heck of a great job on the skin, though... not to stray from the point too much... I sure hope you keep 'em coming... this one's my new default!!!

Hmm, this looks like the modified version of VistaXP by iyiniyin (who had permission), and... I don't see any permission in the upload for you to use this.
Maybe I'm mistaken and it's your own work.
From the screenshot, it looks like the only thing different between this and iyiniyin's is that this has a semi-transparent taskbar..

- rsplitter has a point, ..-this one lacks a compact menu though. A real see through taskbar would be cool, no doubt.

Wow I didn't think 4.6 could do transparency in the title bars. I'm impressed. It is however a near copy of the other Vista inspired skin. Also one minor issue is the fact that you can't drag windows by clicking the title bar unless you click the small black part. A minor issue since I don't move windows all that often, but some might not care for it.
The taskbar also looks funny for me since I have it up top and it is really using an image from the botton wallpaper. Which of course if you use the "wrong" wallpaper it will be readily apparent.
Still a nice trick.

Fantastic Skin that with some stylistic updating would reach the perfection!

This is just a blatant rip of iyiniyin's WB skin, with a semi trans taskbar (which doesn't work with a different wp, anyway!). And at least his skin has the option of a proper window title/icon's

Don't feel bad iyiniyin, I think yours is much better, and you did have permission to use the theme. I was disappointed with this skin. I mean, you have to use the included wallpaper or it looks lame. I'm not saying I could do any better, but 5 stars? C'mon...

Regarding plagiarism, all I've got to say is that, if this were just about ANY other design, I'd be right in there saying rip off with the others.
However, in this particular case, the credit for the "look" presented here, belongs to the Microsoft design team. It's the theme for the next release of Windows, called "Vista". Check it out for yourself:

I love this! except for one thing....the start menu. It only goes with one background. If this is fixed, i will love you forever

Well, it's BASED off Microsoft's design, KoL had to build it from scratch. Which must've taken some serious effort to get it almost identicle to the real thing.
My point, KoL made it, even if it's based off another piece; he still did it. It seems rather harsh to just edit someone's piece of work, and not give ANY credit at all. Let alone making any attempt to improve it whatsoever.
It's not the credit of original design that matters, it's the effort put into it.
I don't intend on starting an argument, I just think it's low to do what RazioXe did.
