Nice skin and nice update 
.With some animations(startbutton,userpane..)could be great.
It could be really good you update Rusty Rooster icons as well as Transilvania WB

That will not fix it by dl again it is a setting for the top part, painting, - change the bottom to 2 and the top to 10 will fix it just fine. Otherwise it paints wrong for xp. [using Skin Studio Pro 7]
