Gabe.. this is one hell of a great skin...top notch work..im glad ya added the second substyle.keep on skinning my friend 
SJ or whatever ur name is ...many of us were on IRC talking with gabe while he was building this WB theme from scratch.. you or ur site were never mentioned.
To "reproduce" your site or even part there of, he would have to reproduced an exact copy of any of your graphics.. I see nothing in Gabes WB that matches your site even by color muchless actual graphics..."""But i would say if you are going by colors and glossy gradients, your Site does resemble TSF's Nvidia Windows Media player skin,as well as XBOX's Web site. so this must mean that you ripped the graphics ???? NO. colors and gradients are not copywrited and there for "fair use"...IM sorry but you can not try to claim that all graphics that are built to resemble the XBOX, as yours.. I believe M.S. would have the corner on that market, not you..
Also a EULA on a web site falls upon those who actually have been to the site and use the site as a basis for their graphics,site,or whatever.you cant just run around the internet and pick out graphics that in your opinion resemble yours and scream "RIP" ...

i wonder if STJ had permission from nVidia to use the green color gradient for his site...i mean really...you'd have to be blind not to see that he stole his color scheme and gradient from nVidia...

Few things is little broken, may be because of 4.x version of WB...
Start menu: There's black box blocking first 3 entries. Well not blocking but makes it hard to read text.
Context menu: Same problem.
In some places, progress bar is broken and shows just black bar.
Now for general preferences-based problems. Those is not as serious.
Light grey text on lighter grey background: makes it hard to read it. This problem is even worse when program don't have focus. It's when light grey text gets lighter, making it almost unreadable.
Pretty cool skin.

I does not have a problem this ring OF Light of circles is shown on that task bar as on the screen SHOT!
I use WindowBlinds 4.5! What can lie?
Thats what I meant about WB 4 making the skin ugly as sin. THe skin was designed for wb5, and uses transparency in the taskbar. You will have to wait until the public beta is available.
