you can enable that in windowblinds.
open windowblinds config, then go to user overrides then (in bottom right corner) Advanced settings button in that window set to role up window,
press ok
then when you right click the titlebar it will role up on all your window blinds

Search in wallpaper section for "Solaire" gives me nothing. You get rejected or....? Gotta have your wall to go with!
