Eltonfan, you must be a god damn fool. Look at the theme, download it and convert it, THIS THEME USES SOME ELEMENTS! Look at the start button, look firmiliar? Try looking at the styler toolbar, hmm? Ok, now look at the window frame, pretty much the same, minus the bevel.
To say this theme was imspired by Bister is an understatement.

Good looking theme. Don't know about your previous Firefox font issues, but yeah, black font on black buttons don't go over that well. Maybe do a update, change the buttons to a grey color. The toolbar fonts are white, for those of us that use a grey theme, or clear theme, you can't see the fonts. It's one of those give and take things, if you use this theme, some themes for FF simply don't jive.

Mr Astyanax1: Actually, with a closer comparision to Bister - you are right! There's nothing wrong about making a windowblind skin from a Vsstyle, but perhaps a permission from susumu would of give it a better taste.

Your work is good, no doubt about it. Using someone else's style, whether or not you created it from scratch..is bad...very bad. It's disgustingly poor taste not crediting where you got the idea, I hoped someone like you would understand that, but apparently not. In the end, you just make yourself look bad.

Thanks for the Insult Hus, I wasn't aware that his 'styler toolbar' came with a Visual Style aswell, So I thought it would be nice to create a Visual Style for the other people that have made matching Bister skins. But looks like being nice just pissed everyone else off. Maybe I should just remove this skin and let everyone use his shell'less, toolbarless, animationless visual style. Oh well... there goes the neighbourhood

Josephs - you insult yourself and others by using the work of others and not asking permission or giving credit. "Being nice" has nothing to do with the issue. I would hope you do the right thing here and get permission, give credit, etc. That would have some redeeming value. You should remove the skin if you do not wish to follow those guidelines.

Josephs has stated from the beginning that the images in the skin are all original images. I looked at these things next to each other this morning and they are obviously very different. Here's a comparison I posted at Deviantart and Aqua-soft...if you install both skins and look at them side by each you'll see they aren't copies. Inspired by yes, but not copies.

I installed both themes this morning and looked at them side by side. once you do you don't see as many similarities:
- The start menu's are completely different
- the tabs are different
- the start button is different
- the max/min/close buttons are different (Blister is more like 5imple, Bister is like Vista)
- Bister doesn't come with a shellstyle
- Blister uses Segoe UI as the font, Bister uses Lucida/Tahoma
- They both have different lighting effects through the middle of the window
- Buttons are different
The only similarities are they both are dark skins and both use recessed blue buttons (which both look inspired by the Aero-soft logo). I think the naming similarities are an admission of the inspiration, but they are sufficiently different enough that you can't call it a rip.

Noone is getting the point!!!!!!!!!!!!! Christ! Why did I call it blister!?! Something like, Vista 2 wouldn't have people so angry at me. I didnt know there was a Visual Style called Bister and I didn't port any of his graphics (How can I if I dont know it existed), So why are pople Comparing my skins and insulting me!
