good lord man. switch to decaf pronto...it's a matter of life and death...you're going to stroke out. settle down and take the good comments with the bad. you don't need to explain yourself with 3 different comment boxes everytime someone says something negative. you're not going to talk people into liking this skin. you're missing the point of skinning altogether. you're trying to determine what people like and don't like so you can make something that is widely accepted by the general public, i'm assuming for popularity reasons. the point of skinning is to make something that YOU like and share it with the world, if they don't like it, too bad...it's not their vision it's yours. you're awefully excited over negative comments for this being a beta...if this were a "beta" then negative comments is what you should be after...to rant about the rating over a "beta" is foolish. you essentially called every user an idiot with your very first comment. not a good idea.
you're all over the map...spend less time defending yourself in the comments forum and more time fixing what people are telling you. people are telling you they don't like the buttons, if you're trying to make a popular skin then go fix them. honestly, the fact that the button glyphs are off-center makes them look odd. by desputing everyone on everything negative they say, you are calling them idiots as well.
if beta testers is what you're looking for then you need to be EXTREMELY specific on what type of feedback you want. when you make it open season then it will be. if you want feedback on only "useability" or "design" you need to say so.

Tis unfortunate that people rate things based on the screenshots around here.
There aren't any issues with wb5 that warrant using it as an excuse for an incomplete skin. So what if menus bars aren't skinned. You could never do very much with it anyways. I just don't see your point. Especially with this skin. Anything else would have looked like crap.
Did you really expect a high rating for another luna remake? incomplete?

No icons and animations-deduct 1 star-

But people... be specific say what element bothers you I can improve the skin just by hearing you complain about the whole thing. Maybe u need to ask your self is this skin what I generally like or I like some other style? I like colorful skins. I don�t like to much black outlines... If it is just not your style .... well some people like a BMW some like Mercedes. Get what I mean?? For example i think that the thing that bothers you is the fact that everything has so much color and that it is a mix of different styles. That is what it was ment to be. It is not an silver-blue skin.
In general there are some things that I need to fix and that is what I think from the very beginning but that is also why I uploaded this skin here. It has so much different things mixed. I can�t find out on my own what to change.
In general all my skins are made for the people that like that kind off style.

okay now you're simply pissing people off...including me. you asked for opinions and that is what you got. shut up and take them for what they are or don't take them at all. if you can't hack the comments or the rating then don't submit anything. you are in no position to question ANYONE'S likes or dislikes as they pertain to this skin or any other....yes people DO hate skins for simple reasons like that and they will feel MORE than free to tell you about it. if you can't understand that basic fact then you have no business being a designer. obviously you lack a simple understanding of human nature and can't fathom that people may not like this skin...i've got news for you, it's not that good...NO MATTER HOW YOU CHANGE IT...shut up and take the comments or don't take them at all. why did it pass moderation, you ask. well, it could be that wb skins are approved if they are not blatant rips of other skins. describing it as a beta tells me that you know it isn't complete but uploaded it anyway. like somebody else said, this isn't the place for betas. post them at deviantart as betas if you must. and two 17 year old kids (you and your beta tester) telling everyone else that we don't know anything is pretty stupid. i'm not a skinner but i guarantee i know more about sks than either of you 17 year old kids do. i haven't downloaded the skin and i defintely won't be doing it after reading your comments. and by the way, it does look like a remake of luna. now, take the criticism you've gotten in here to heart and try to finish the skin. maybe that and an attitude adjustment would get more downloads. also, if the "RG" does in fact mean "Real Good", judging by what is seen in the preview shot, you've missed.

I am realy sorry for all this. I will delete the skin if everyone is so pissed on me right now. I am realy not myself lately.

nobody said that you leaving the site was a desired result. eyej. apologizing for your attitude was a major step and a great first step towards being a community member, in my opinion. in the future, try to not rush a skin to upload before you have finished it. even if toolbar icons are the only thing you consider missing, if you intended on including them, don't upload until you consider it finished. if you do complete this skin and upload it, change the skin's description to reflect that. in the future, don't call a skin a beta when you upload it. then, if you add features, you can call the revised skin an update. everyone learns and goes on to the next project. and not every skin you post will be well received, either. all skinners can attest to that.

yup we on wincustomize are family! but the only problem is that some times it gets hooked into the real world by accident and we get all grumpy about nothing. In the end we are again a hapy family. This is what makes it worth every thing!
