That's probably the cue to simply move on and ignore this skin....
There's no 'harm' in uploading incomplete skins, particularly in WB, except you will often attract 'complaint' from the purists who want to see 'it all done'.
That's really just BS...it's not as though the world will end simply because you download a skin that isn't 'all there'. Simply comment the situation....and move on. There's thousands of alternatives.
eyeJ ....it always 'pays' to heed offered advice relating to possible improvements. Many of the people here are skinners of long experience...and ALL our 'educations' are never ending....

If u want to make skins u should learn some photoshop or coreldraw first (skining with photoshop is more easy)
For start u just need skinstudio free and windowblinds free.

ugh....what a crappy theme.. Im sorry to say but the age of ultra-gawdy themes must end..First of all, the buttons are unfinnished, the theme is huge, the colors clash, and most of his other themes are the same way, just quit while your ahead and save yourself the humiliation.

Ok people. Here is the secret: This theme was a big experiment to see what people like. I expected some people to love it and some to absolutely hate it. Why is that? There is allot of color on the skin and people tend to like two color ones. (I confess that the end result is a bit unbalanced) In my opinion there is a lot of skins where the theme is well thought trough but if u look at a single element it turns to be just a outline with a gradient inside. I find that very boring and many times not ergonomically in some way. What usually happens is that the skin is so much full of outlines that it distracts you from the text and your work or it is so low on contrast that it looks boring or washed out without the default wallpaper. There are many things that many other people ignore but I pay attention to. I won�t go further with this because really there is no point as I said I am satisfied if one person on earth really likes it. And I got that. We all need to evolve and I am doing so with this skin.
Don�t expect it to look good on the screenshot because it won�t look that good on the screenshot it was made to be useful.
One thing that stays true about this skin is that it makes some things look more organized.
As I said some people will like it some will even understand were I was going with this one, but there is always people that don�t like the skin or don�t like your (mine) work in general.
I have no hard feelings about the above comment but I would like if you list some of your favorite skins� that would help me understand more about what u said and maybe even improve more in skinning.
