I think Mr. Test Bug just has his start menu a bit too small. I may be able to play with content margins, but a quick fix would be to add a couple icons to your start menu Test bug.

Well, this is weird...I downloaded the update (yes, I deleted the old version first!) and when I went to find it in the WindowBlinds Configuration window...it showed up as "unknown." The other strange thing is that the pop-up balloon that informs you that "a new skin named..."(skin name)" has been added to your system just said the skin's name was ". Yep, that's right, just the quotation marks. Anybody else having this problem?

Yeah, I have this problem when I edit my skins a lot and try to reinstall them. Do this:
*Change your skin to something not Eminence.
*Unload windowblinds.
*Browse to Windowblinds folder and delete the Eminence folder.
*Restart your computer (not really necessary).
*Load Windowblinds.
*Install the new update that you downloaded.
That should work for you.
If still have problems, just email me. Thanks for downloading!

This sux. I saw the pic and I thought it was great, I downloaded it and the theme doesnt even load properly. it stuffed up my windows, I was praying that windowblinds would hurry up and stop "twitching" as it tried constantly to load the menubars - and failed - so then I could change my theme back to the classic version of windows. JUST so I could navigate around 
. The start menu appearted to be up the top of the screen somwhere, but the actual bar itself was still down the bottom. It was totally opaque, all I could see were the words. No I do not have a screen shot, I was just trying to save my windows and hope that it would become normal again. Can someone please tell me what's happeneD? Meanwhile, im going to find another skin. Perhaps that might work

A few comments though, I'm not a fan of start buttons with text and I'm sure there are others too so creating a substyle with a Windows flag and just the "E" would be great.
The highlight for the minimize and window buttons is not very clear either (i.e. when you mouseover it). A different colour like blue or orange for at least one button would look better in IMO.
