This a nice piece of an original work, great piece of art my dude. I lot of these so-called vista mod[rip] skinners need to take a lesson from you, they take screenshots of vista along with modding other people works without permission and it's just not original. Keep up the originality my man, superb job, and keep those dark-skins coming You're definately on my watch list. And thanks for reducing the size of the file, but you may choose if you can to put the files in a zip file, rar is for hackers. Again great job! You get 5 buddies from me.

I'm not installing another unzip/compression program. Last time I nearly had to reinstall Windows to get rid of it (and it's nag screens). No thanks, use winzip and I'll try it, otherwise it's a nice looking skin but I'll pass.

I packaged it in a .RAR because the theme includes the styler toolbars, the wallpapers and the .wba file. Please extract the .rar file with a program called Winrar. then install the styler toolbars, and finaly doubleclick the .wba file. If I used Windowblinds to package everything the download would have been 20+ mb. not 8 mb. it saves alot of bandwidth in the longrun.

Nah, can't be doin' with that - just won't bother with the skin then

------ Ya Know???????-- I've been reading the comments and there's Not a whole lot of positive feedback that I can see.I think the Biggest problem that a Lot of new skinners are making is that they are OVER doing a very uncomplicated system. The package as a whole to be installed right out of the 'box', with OUT having the end user needing to uninstall THIS or reInstall that, without the user needing to dig into a .rar file to extract or include or reject or to even OPEN the file in the first place is unacceptable.Cutting the download time 50% --------- from an hour to a half hour?- rediculous.Average skin dl is 3-5 min.----- ENGINEERING -------- heck, you engineered this thing right out of the ball park and it AIN'T a home run.STOP trying to reinvent the wheel Mr.Engineer! You're blowin' in the wind and only beating yourself up and this shows because your end result is a disaster filled with one mistake trying to correct another mistake. If I were you I'd go back to the BASICS,scrap this piece of jumbled up mess, take the ORIGINAL idea you had in the first place and then after you have put all the RIGHT pieces together - You will have created the PERFECT skin.----- Inchanear-last munt I kudnt evn spel it-now i R won!

I made a great skin that requires little or no inteligence to read the intro, and install. I don't have time to listen to all you people who can't figure it out. The skinning communities at Neowin, Winmatrix, and Deviantart haven't even mentioned it being a hastle to "OMG" unpack the theme and install the seperate parts. God forbid. If innovation was so easy, this theme would be a MAC or VISTA clone.

Good Day!

Winrar > Winzip. Stop being babies, Winrar has a free option. This is to save bandwith. Bandwith is money.

I now know why skinners don't like to release their skins on Wincustomize.com You guys are quite harsh and quick to make judgement. If I were the lot of you all I would sit back and reflect on what shortcomings you may have that My artwork has sparked the wrong way and then try to accept the fact that jealosy, slander, and deceit will get you nowhere. If you want to make a statement you should try a constructive one.

Thank You,

No-one (at least not me) has slandered your work, and I'm certainly not jealous of your accomplishments. Besides, I can't slander what I can't SEE because you insist on requiring a multi-part process to install a simple skin (and don't give me any of that bandwidth c**p either, you weren't worried about it with the last version of this skin!). I didn't pass judgement on you at all, just made a perfectly reasonable request for you to change the download format. You're the one who's flown off the handle and should be apologising to us IMHO. Anyway, I don't HAVE any shortcomings because I'm perfect LOL

- The Majority of the people in this world own cars. That majority buy the car to get from one place to another. Great looks count for many, economy for others, different options for comfort, speed, etc. The LAST thing they want to do is work on that car.For many, they are lucky if they know where to put the gas.The only interest many have is the key to start it, the "Go" pedal and the "STOP" pedal. No one ,except for the true "Buff" wants to WORK on the car and I'll bet that the Vast majority of people who buy into Wincustom do NOT want to work on or even try to understand the inside of a 'skin'.Get with the program Bub!----------

I'm not all that sure why this particular skin has prompted such comment and complaint as it has.

Ideally uploaders SHOULD be using either wba or zip format.  Why?  2 reasons. 'zip' is universally/most common....and a 'wba' is simply a renamed 'zip'.  BECAUSE a 'wba' is NOT a renamed 'rar' then rar should not be used.

IF an uploader wishes to share a skin with others he ideally should make the process reasonably user-friendly, or else people will be likely to simply ignore it/them and seek elsewhere.

djjonwest ...I think you'd be best served to think about such 'issues' prior to future uploads.  That way various peanut galleries won't feel the urge to be heard...

Everyone has their own opinion, but i'm surprised on how much critisism people are giving you. Critisism is good to help learn and correct things, but geeze, give the guy a break! People put a lot of time into making skins. I think the skin is awesome...I have a dark background with the I!G Dark Small with shadow's I don't really care to much for the other ones but that's all prefrence. It has a cool alien type look to it. Can you tell me how to move the menu from my folders back to the left pane instead of the bottom? I always use that to see the info of files when I click on them. Keep up the good work!!
