All in this skin is great! I realy mean that. Except for the startbutton. In the future i hope youre able to fix that!

Mirella thanks for the vote of confidence, there are so many wb skins on this site that are much better (trust me) but I still appreciate the ego boost your comments give me - thank you!!!
Hi theleader: thank you for the great feedback, I gather from your comment that it doesn't look right. It should be an oversized vista globe logo (full circle). I have seen sometimes that the overlay doesn't show up at first, resizing your taskbar up & down a few times refreshes the start button display and it will show up properly. If something else is wrong with the start button, please let me know - if possible I'll do what I can to fix it.

Still excellent work, I like the color choices on the taskbar as well.
Thank you for your attention to detail and updating an already great skin.

Hi kbtat2, great comments, I too liked the "Vista" look (there are quite a few users who don't like it but everyone will have their own preference). What I love about windowblinds is that I can create the vista look on my xp machines without upgrading although I do have a test vista machine that I also use to see how my wb's look in a vista environment, it's underpowered and I can't see myself using it on a daily basis. I'm glad you liked the action buttons (I do too), there are so many different actions that windowblinds allows in a UIS2 skin - I wouldn't have enough room on the titlebar to put all the different action buttons possible however I do think I will add another button for winamp users.
Thanks again to both of you for the great feedback!!!

By the way...is there an echo in here?
Comment #92 Saturday, May 26, 2007 12:21 AM
- and yes there apparently is an echo, every comment I post gets doubled, it has to to do with my user account, I've tried this on different pc's and get the same results, it stopped the other day but apparently the echo has resumed it's ways, sorry for the double posts - if I could stop it I would!

King999 thanks for compliments, I do have a Blue Vista Basic skin, I may consider updating it in the future to look similar to this skin. Did you know that you can use windowblinds to change the overall color hue of a specific windowblinds skin, go into windowblinds config, click on change colors in skin, click on enable custom color support and adjust the color hue / saturation sliders to acheive a different color for the skin, you can also convert to greyscale if you like the black & white look - this works with any wb skin as far as I know.
Revlite, thank you for keeping an eye open for my skins. Check out the screenshot section to get a sneak peek of the green lantern skin I'm working on, should hopefully be out within a few weeks.

Glass2K is a little app that let set individual transparency for the taskbar and any window.
I set 80% opacity for explorer windows, 50% for the taskbar and 100% for other items (control panel, Firefox, etc).
It fits perfectly unclerob's skin
By the way, many transformation packs and suite include Glass2K.
Another must have is Styler XP to set a custom toolbar to explorer.
Both apps live happily with Windowsblinds.
