Nice visual style. Best i've seen, do you happen to know how to get the scroll bar on
it to go to a good one such as the on you have on the picture. O n mine its always on

danny, part of your screenshot below shows the correct scrollbar thumb & arrow button in use so I'm a little confused as to your problem. You've circled the areas that don't look correct and you're right those areas should be skinned with the proper scrollbar graphics and for whatever reason they're not. But if you look in the upper left area of your screenshot next to the drive listings (presario C: and southpark E: drives), the correct scrollbar thumb & arrow buttons are being used there so it's a mystery to me why this isn't skinned correctly in the other areas as it's the same images that would be used in your circled areas.
Try this to see if it may help: right click on the "my computer" icon on your windows desktop, click on the "Advanced" page tab, click the settings button under performance section, click on Adjust for Best Appearance and scroll down the list of items shown and make sure that the option "use visual styles on windows & buttons" is selected (checked). Click on Apply (which should be followed by the "please wait" dialog window after which you can then click on OK to close the screens you've just opened.
If that doesn't work, try applying the skin again in wb config.
Let me know how it works.

Love the skin Unclerob. It's the one that I predominately use. I do, however, have a couple inquiries. Would it be possible make the entire border around the various windows transparent to the same degree as the taskbar? Also could you darken the toolbar in the IE to closer match that of Vista? I apologize if I'm sounding forward or critical. That is certainly not my intent. Like I said, I love your work. I would try to implement these changes in a skin of my own, but I have NO idea what I'm doing when I open up that WB editor, so I'll leave it up the pros, such as yourself. Thanks for reading...

I look forward to Black Vista v4.0!
The things I dislike are:
Wincustomize Windowsblinds gallery page link, it isn't nessisary
Teal startmenu glow looks a little out of place
Also, I think transparency and blurring like in vista would be a great addition, i've seen it on another theme

Nakaka, thanks for the great feedback - if you check there is a substyle included with this skin named "Full No Action Btns" which gives you the skin minus the action buttons at the top, the wb gallery is my favorite place on this site so I thought it was a cool feature to add to make it easier to access that page but I can agree that the action button do sometimes get in the way which is why I provided the substyle option to remove them.

Mr. W.H.Jacynnik, I'm glad you liked it, as you can imagine v1.0 of this skin didn't look nearly as finished as v3.0 - as soon as I found out what wb could do my first instinct was to create a black vista skin for my xp machine - I think I achieved that goal for the most part - thank you for the great feedback.
jerryhun, you are correct the transparent startpanel is not available with no action buttons, I had to draw a line at how many substyles I would include with this skin as it was making the size of the wb file too large - sorry I didn't include the style that you wanted, possibly in a future release of this or another skin.
