21Jake21, if you have a valid full version of WindowBlinds check your settings. In the WindowBlinds configuration check "Change explorer toolbar icons" and make sure either "Always use the toolbar icons defined in the skin" or "If the skin has a toolbar icon set then use it,..." are selected.
If you are using either a trial version of windowblinds or an invalid version then you may not be able to see/use them at all.

I'm just not seeing where to get the wallpaper :/ ... When I download this skin, all that I've gotten is Cylon.wba .... *Gorgeous* skin!!

Awesome job man, certainly the best blind I have seen.
I didnt get the wallpaper with mine or if I did I cant find it.
Also, I notice in the screen shot of it the shortcuts have that nice bar under them. Is that something that only works on Vista or is there some setting i have to change.
On mine I just have a blue box around the shortcut name.
