i like the color scheme (yay orange) and its simple style, and also how the dark colors are more matte than shiny or glossy. It's enjoyable but not distracting. The orange box the close and maximize buttons are in is a nice touch.
However, the start menu and taskbar could use some work.

I like it! Nice use of grays and yellows. I would say a COMPACT
start menu might be a nice addition to your progression.
Might not it be better if the start menu were less cluttered?

again, i have to say, the windows are absolutely stunning... i'd use THEM for everything, but i dont know how.

I really like this skin alot, but I've noticed that the sliders in the volume controls disappear when they are selected. Anywho, have concidered expanding to other colors? I could really go for a blue version of this, you could call it submersion.
