It's in the skin folder in the windowblinds directory. Otherwise, I posted a link to it on the first page of skin comments.

This is a really great skin and I love the wallpaper. However, instead of things being highlighted in blue, I have red and I can't figure out how to change it. Does anyone one have any suggestions?
Thanks,
OfficeCat

Like, I LOVE the taskbar and expand/minimize/close buttons here, but I preferred the menus (especially if you right-click on the desktop) and general buttons in Eminence more. A combination of the two would look freaking incredible.
If you're doing a vista version of this just keep in mind that vista has a tendency to get futzy if the taskbar button is bigger than the taskbar, and it might be worth it to ensure the font you use in the taskbar items is smaller because they get cut off easily.
