laciwife, first of all, you have to have this skin installed, then navigate to your windowblinds folder. Click on the Candy Cane Lane folder. On the right, you will see a bunch of files in there. Scroll down to near the end...you will see a file that is named walls.zip. Unzip the file, then you will have a folder named walls. Open that folder, and the two walls are in there. Choose the one you want, and drag it into your wallpaper folder.

I think mine install differently for some reason. I do have a windowblinds folder, but it's under STardock and has no other folders in it besides "lang", that's it. When I download a skin from here, it installs on it's own automatically, I just have to switch skins myself, but they're already installed. I don't have a Candy Cane Lane folder anywhere to be found. Just the .wba that's already self installed. I just did a search just to make sure and for some reason I don't have a folder for that.

laciwife, if you have WB 6, the windowblinds folder has been moved. It is now in the documents and settings folder. Here is the path to it:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\Stardock\WindowBlinds
