An interesting concept, but it is incomplete. Many controls are improperly scaled, specifically those with rounded corners, so that they appear jagged and blocky. You can see this in Vista in the start panel if you hover over text items on the right (Control Panel, My Computer, Run). You can see this also in Windows Explorer in the panel beneath the back/forward buttons; just hover over "Organize" to see the jagged mouseover.
With polish, this can be an excellent skin.

It's been a while since I've found something new I like, but this is sweet.
I agree with Bjornsson on the orange as a window background color. I like the orange everywhere else though. I would probably prefer it if the lighter orange in the explorer window was used for the window background and white in the explorer window, but now I'm just nitpicking. Great skin.

Works great in Vista - also for those like me who arent a fan of the bright colours click on "remove all colours" in the windowblinds program! You get this amazing black and silver skin! Try it + thanks

This looks great in Vista, I don't know what all the griping is about?!
Start menu, task bar, taskbar buttons, windowframes, titlebar buttons, it all looks good in Vista and it looks superb in XP.
