Scuse me wimpy! Don't think Me calling kwyjibo an asshole is called for? Maybe you're right, but if the shoe fits...... OzChild asked for contructive critisizm, not untalented people ragging on him. Comments like that really burn my ass!

I used Skin Studio 6 free version.
Hey OzChild; when create a new skin in SKS6 select WindowBlinds advanced skin, this will be a UIS2 skin (basic skin is UIS1). If you give this skin a retry as advanced you will have to remake some of the images as there are difference between UIS1 and UIS2 images.

I wasn't signaling out your post, I think pretty much all the directed comments was about kwyjibo being an ass. nothing personal intended.

WOW!!! I have never seen such razzing like this from one comment... I think we understand that words hurt but we all must move on and let this go ...let's remember that this is an open forum and freedom of speech is still legal (not to say that the comment that started all of this was appropriate!!) but it's only one opinion... I think this WB needs a little nurturing and it could turn very nice, that's my opinion. I'm not a WB designer but love the Windowblinds community and all that they have done (or I wouldn't have bought my Object Desktop!) I'm a downloader and love it....But like I said let's just MOVE ON AND LET BYGONES BE BYGONES!Take care everyone!! OHH and OzChild Keep up the good work!!!

I did choose advanced option at the start of the skin. When I load up wb6 and load the skin it says it is in uis2.

One must remember: it takes serious guts to even post your first attempt -skin so congratz on that . And I agree with all others saying stuff which isn't constructive in any way is very easy and cheap ( perhaps you can show him how it should be done and post your own 1st skin instead ? ) .

Hey OzChild, I noticed that after posting, there may be some other errors that I am not knowledgeable enough to see that is/are causing SKS5 not to read it as a UIS2 skin.

rock solid ozchild (which i assume we are both aussies). I am new to window blinds and like most of what i see. Having read this is your first one i think kwyjibo must be one of those people who live a very morose life and cannot engage in a constructive conversation without pessimistic remarks. Let's find kwyjibo and use the heat ray on his fingers.

I beleive in honesty but there is no reason to be rude. At all! Childish... Anyways The color combination is magnifisant and I love the idea. yes the skin could use an update or two but it is a great fisrt skin. Neat idea how you put the close min max buttons. That is a plus. Some edges are a little jagged but that is expected and i know that you can see that so..But the start menu could use something more. Like maybie you should skin the places and programs? The curve on the caption part of windows could be less curved.. If you use less of a curve it could get rid of the jaggedness. dont mind me though I am a biginer as well... But i am only here to help where I can so.I think accomplishing a skin is something for you to be proud of. It is a lot of time and effort. More than someone who hasnt tryed it would imagine. fun though huh. Makes you feel good in a way. A good way to express your creativity and you shure did this here! really I think you know what you have to do to make this one better or the next or whatever your plan is. Just do not let people like that get you down. Have fun and good luck with everything. Oh and adding shadows can do wonders!
