So you quit putting rollups in your skins. I won't be buying any. You make great skins notheless.

Steve, this is a skin that was originally done 10 years ago and updated, and it does have a rollup button, but it is on the left side of the titlebar because lots of people complain about it being next to the minimize button, and they hit the rollup instead. Most people don't even like the rollup button, but I do it anyway. I just forgot to mention the rollup button in the text and mark it on the screenshot. It is there though, and this is a free skin anyway, not a Master Skin.
Also, have you even looked at many of my latest skins? Not the Updated to Windows 10 ones, but the new releases? Just about all of them have a rollup button.

Don't know if it is my setup but program list is black on black. Other than that it is really nice!

Try rebooting and reapplying the skin patsycake, if that does not fix it then it is something on your end, as it works perfectly here on all 3 OS's.
