But I wanted to try my skills at converting this over to work correctly with Vista today and after about 5 or so hours I finally got everything just like I care to see it. Some minor changes - with a new set of start menu buttons for logoff and such. That and a resize of the start menu completely to work. All in all it looks really good.
I like the way IE7 and my Office 2007 programs work with this skin. Usually an XP skin has font problems in Office. This one did not and looks good to go.
I'll post a desktop screenshot in the gallery here taday and you can check it out. Also if want to have any of your skins made for Vista feel free to contact me.Also I will not do skins for non-artist or that is someone who just wants the skin. It would have to be approved by the artist first. I do a lot of them for myself-just so they work with all my computers.
Your work is excellent and you should think about what you say for Vista. Windows 7 is coming soon and it aint gona be no walk in the park either to skin. But we will! Then for the future is Windows 8 which is going to be the true only 64 bit system. Can't wait to get my hands on that one!!!
Keep up the good work Nav. - your work is really good - I like it a lot!
