Citizen) TheGiver (I would LOVE to see this on XP ) Hi...here is the problem with making this XP comptabile. Because of the way it is structtured (the start panel) at the bottom where you would see Logoff and Shutdown Computer, whatever, it would still be there, therefore making the windowblind look terrible. But, there is an alternative. There is a program caleld "VStart which emulates the start panel of Windows Vista on XP. Using that program you can run this winodowblind. Seeing though I am on Vista and dont have XP I have never used VStart. All I know is that its supposed to work fine. Hope this helps...

Great job! I have close up with Win 7 at my workforce... I don't want to ruin the party but Win 7 is already envolving ( and always will till the rtm... however, I'm impressed by the efforts to be alike to Windows completely with outside resources and forces.

butch how do I get IconPackager to recognize the Windows7 icons. I downloaded them, unpacked them (both the .ico and .png). I then placed them in the IP folder with the rest of my IP packages. I tried the .ico and then the .png, in their own folder. However, when I open IP neither will show there. I want to apply the icons via IP, is this possible? Any suggestions? Great work btw! Thanks for sharing it.

winstar4 Hi my friend...the easiest way is take your favorite icon package a Windows Vista icon package for example open it up with Icon Developer and in there you can simply change the .ico icons that you would like to replace. Of course you cant distribute this but thats about the eaasiest way. As for the pngs what I do with them is if I make for exexample a folder on my desktop, I can customize it by using one of the pngs. Hope thi shelps you....
