Download link not working. When signing in at Wincustomize.com and after trying to download I get the message 404 File Not Found. Could you let me know of an alternate way of downloading the Alpine skin.

Flashtree, if you purchased it via WinCustomize, then the only way to download it is through WinCustomize. I would email either wincustomize@stardock.com or support@stardock.com and explain the issue to them.

Thank you. I have explained my download problem to wincustomize stardock technical support and they have solved my issue. I was then able to download the Alpine skin through wincustomize and am very happy with the outcome. Thanks again.
