This skin is beautiful, and looks great on both my ultraportable laptop, and my huge desktop monitor. It has clean lines, pleasant (but not boring!) colors, and usable arrows.
I'm surprised it isn't a master skin actually.

Really like the color tone and how the UI looks "calm", i miss some drop shadows for the frames but no big deal.

I wanted to do a drop shadow on both the window frames and Startpanel, actually. But when you use the blur effect on the startpanel together with a drop shodow, WB tends to paint an ugly blur mask on the shadow as well which looks really bad. 
I decided not to add shadows to the frames so that it matched the SP.

My favourite! It's too bad the user icon doesn't work properly in XP, but if that's the only complaint, you can't find a better skin!

Boxxi's Parisienne cursor goes beautifully with this skin.
